I'm currently on my 4th week of T25 and love it! It's definitely a good workout even though it's only 25 minutes. I have it and I'm planning on starting the program in January. I have another program (Turbo Fire ) I want to finish before that. I did a couple of workouts though and they are pretty good. It's only 25 minutes which i love but you still get tons of action. Insanity is my goal after that :) From what I heard from other people who have done T25 it's for people of all fitness levels. It can be challenging for someone who is very active and doable for a beginner.

I did the 10-week program (Alpha and Beta) and I really enjoyed it. The exercises kicked my butt at first, but that made it even more rewarding when you got good at them and could increase the intensity. I definitely saw improvement in my fitness over the 10 weeks. And even on days when I lacked motivation, the 25 minutes flew by. I would recommend it.

Yes, I am doing it now, just finishing week one. I love it because it is only 25 min. The time really flies by. Also he has a modifier for almost all of the moves. I have issues with my knees so that is really helpful.
I am considering doing the t25 workout program by shaun t. I was wondering if anyone has done it or is doing it and what they think? I didn't do insanity because I wasn't sure but now I'm considering doing the t25 and I wanted some input.
