I did the first level in The Biggest Loser, the Workout: Cardio Max. It's my first day doing it, and I'm at a loss on how to track it. It's a lot easier than Insanity, but harder than Leslie Sansone's dvd. I also don't have any idea of how many calories I burn, so I can't enter in the number for myself.....
I don't know how to track it... any ideas/ suggestions? Thank you kindly!
