Hi Jen,
WOW. You are one busy woman! I love to workout outside whenever possible--mostly walking, but I definitely also turn to DVDs for at home workouts and really enjoy it! Check out this website: www.collagevideo.com, if you haven't already. There are plenty of 30 minute workouts that are great. Some of my favorite DVDS are by:

Ellen Barrett - (30 min) Sleek Sculpt Express, and also Slim Sculpt
Jessica Smith - Walking for Weight Loss, and Total Body Balance
Tracy Anderson - Method workout, mat
Leslie Sansone - 5 mile Fat Burning Walk, or any of them
and Petra Kolby - Liquid Moves (fun!)

I highly recommend clicking on the chat tool on the website and tell them your scenario/needs. They were very helpful in assisting you to choose the best ones for you.

There is also a "Success Stories" section/tab on there somewhere. You can read what others have used for their success.

Hi, Jen -- though my schedule isn't quite as difficult as yours, I work full-time and am mom to an 11 yo, so I empathize.

I mostly workout at home using video workouts. I like Leslie Sansone, Chris Freytag and Sparkpeople videos. You can find all on YouTube, or the SP videos on this site. I take an hour (or a half hour on really hectic days) in the evening after my daughter goes to bed and do a workout. It took a while to adjust to working out in the evening, but I've learned that it's the best time for me.

Hi my name is Jen Rose. I am not new to SP but I have been MIA for some time. I need to get back on track and be accountable. I want to work on getting fit not just a smaller size. I lost a lot of weight following my WLS back on 10-3-11. I am more active, but I want to tone everything up. Anyone have any suggestions. I am a FT law school student (60 hours) with four children (19, 19, 16 and 4). I do a lot of pro bono work with and for children, battered women, etc, I need work out suggestions that would be easy to fit in my somewhat crazy schedule.

Help.
