I have always walked as my cardio.....the past few years, I have had many foot & knee problems.First I had ITT Band Syndrome and did physical therapy for months, then I have Mortons Neuroma in one foot, so I wear a special insole in my shoe, the of course arthiritis developed in both knees and my feet, I get Cortisone shots for that....then I fell! I twisted my ankle and I`m pretty sure I cracked some bones in my other foot! This has been all within 8 years. Everytime I feel good enough to walk again, something happens! Now after the fall, I am really afraid to go walking at all....So
My question is does anyone have ideas for cardio without using my feet much, even standing.
