Just a word of caution, if you increase this number make sure you are SURE you will exercise at least that amount consistently because it has been my experience that Spark changes your calorie range based on that number as well. Even if you haven't "linked" your nutrition and fitness.
Because I'm always afraid to eat too much (or too little), I have set mine to just 4000 calories burned a week. However, I'm usually in the 5800-6500 range because I am very consistent (so far!) and I am very active 2-3 hours per day. Closer to 2 hours work days and closer to 3 hours on Friday, Saturday, and Sundays.

I just started on Monday. My weekly fitness goal (calories burned) was pre-set and I am wondering if I can increase it. It is only Tuesday and I have already doubled it as I am very active. It's not very motivating to try to reach a goal I can obtain in the first 2 days! Anyone know how to increase this amount?
