I feel more energized for my day and much more upbeat! I am less bloated feeling and have noticed my clothes are getting more comfortable :)

Keep your mind on the goal and you will achieve.

Its better to feel like Jello after a workout than look like Jello by not working out.

In August, I started working out with a trainer twice a week, and two days a week I'm on a planned workout the trainer gives me as homework. LOL. Plus, I eat an under 45carb a day diet, at roughly 1100 calories. My goal has been to drop about 25 pounds. I've lost about 14lbs total so far which is some slow going. haha. However, I'm noticing that my clothes fit better, my arms don't look flappy anymore, my um, ta-ta's have actually lifted up to the point where they stay put now, haha! My stamina has increased, I can lift a LOT more than I used to be able to. But the biggest change I've seen is my stability! I'm no longer clumsy and my balance and control over my own bod is incredible! I like that a lot especially as I careen wildly toward 50yo! LOL.

I wish I could say it's made a big difference in the # on the scale, but it really hasn't that much…HOWEVER, It has made a more important difference in my life. It helps my stress level. It has made me stronger than I ever thought I'd be. It keeps my extra weight body from jiggling, haha ;)

I have more energy!!! My mood is improved and I think positively most of the time;] I learned discipline and regularity as well. Exercising is the best method to realise that we have control over our life and how easy is to deal with most of the problems. We just need to keep running straight to the end and we cannot look at every little stone on our way, we can just jump over it.

Besides the benefit of getting to eat more calories, exercising helps reduce my stress levels. I'm a high school teacher, and I hit the Y four days a week after school. By the time I'm done working out, my stress feels like it's melted away.

Since I have lost weight I no longer have bad pms cramps, the scar tissue lump in my throat is gone, my feet don't bother me, and I have been able to sleep better :)

I noticed that the resistance exercises have strengthen my back, pelvis( don't use the bath room as much), toned my body, and I really feel like I accomplished something.

Since I exercise every morning 6 days a week, it keeps my life on schedule. It also makes my skin look better - people comment on my healthy glow all the time, and I'm an old goat, so this isn't an accident. I'm sure that it's due to improved blood circulation overall. Exercise has improved my posture and strength. I find exercise addictive - I can't live without it!

Also, for those who are afraid of gyms . . . I've made great friends there. My social network is much wider now. We come in all shapes and sizes too, so don't let your shape or size be a deterrent.

I'm in college and last semester I exercised for 60 minutes a day. I found that I was happier, more confident, had more energy, slept better, could control my acne better, ate better, etc.... This semester I haven't been exercising as much as last semester (maybe 30minutes 3 times a week). I have found a large drop in confidence, poor sleep, worse acne, more junk food in my diet, etc... Even my grades are slipping because I'm becoming more 'lazy'.

Joint pain and inflammation that was nearly constant is now a rare occurence

Greatly reduced anxiety and depression symptoms

I have experienced health, sleep and energy benefits... but a biggie for me is having a regular exercise routine gets me back on track if I have a bad eating day. When those situations happen I used to"give up", but now I get up the next morning, exercise and start the day off back track.

I feel better and I notice when I don't exercise it affects my mood. Up until today, I had not seen any weight loss. This morning I weighed in 2.5 lbs less. emoticon emoticon

If you ask why I can't exercise , it's because I am in pain.

I started a month ago , but I didn't go nowhere.
Why? I am finding everything I do tiresome and very difficult. I am trying to continue and get somewhere with my fight for a better life. My health has been going down in the last 5 years. I am 73 and recently I am experiencing quite a bit of pain with this injury of a sciatic nerve. Of course that has nothing to do with my continued to eat things are not beneficial for me. After I exercise, I am much calmer and happier. I feel proud of myself, and mentally I feel strong and energized. I am less sluggish. It is the consistency that really helps me. Doing it once in a while does not have this effect.
