Finishing Insanity is my goal for 2014. I have been wanting to do it, but I was scared. I'm not in a bad shape and I'm not sure why I'm scared of it. Maybe because of the name. I'm currently doing Turbo Fire program by the same company and it's pretty intense too. I'm looking forward to reading your thoughts on insanity once you get into it.

I did Insanity, however i stopped doing it full time on month two. I am planning to keep it up but only 2 days a week. Its a great workout and i really liked it. Must admit i was expecting it to be very hard but it was ok for me. The reason i am not continuing with Insanity is because i was gaining weight and didn't see no results apart from increasing my fitness level. So you want to loose some weight - it might not happen. Its kind of annoying as you push yourself to limit with little result. Even if it is muscle gain - it is still a gain as my jeans feel very uncomfortable.

I did Insanity for a few days and found that it surprisingly left me full of energy and I was not so tired afterwards that I couldn't go do 15 minutes of strength training - and I gave it all my 270 pounds!
Only problem I had was my knee. I caused some strain which really reared its ugly head on the core stretching day. Twice I went through without a problem until that day and my knee gave out both times so I stopped it until I could lose a lot more weight and take the strain off of my knees.
Honestly, I really enjoyed Insanity while I was able to do it every day. I drank the energy drink they recommended during the exercises so I could keep going and lost an inch off my waist in the 3 days I was able to go go go.
Challenges for the rest of 2014 (from 9/1): Burn 3000 calories/week with DDR ST 90min/week 10% body weight lost by 1/1/15 Complete True Beginner, Core, Recover, and Cardio on DailyBurn Exercise at least 10min/day for 100 days this year

I'm planning to start on Monday.I'm going to build up my endurance these next few days so I can actually keep up somewhat well with it after dropping my fitness these past 3 weeks. So I was just curious as to how many people have tried out Insanity, what their achievements were?, how hard was it for you?, etc, etc.
