You can do that by doing the following:
Go to the fitness section
Use the menu button on your phone to pull up several options--
"add exercise via search"
"add exercises from favorites"
"add custom cardio"
"add custom strength"
Select "Add custom cardio" or "add custom strength" depending on which you would like to add.
You can then manually enter your exercise.
