I did a long time ago. I loved it so much that it inspired me to train for MMA long before anyone knew what it was (late 1990s while I was in High school). I had anger issues as well and for me I found it made them worse. I had an outlet granted, however they made me more aggressive. But then again I had other reasons for that too. I loved the classes though. the cardio-kickboxing classes that you would try are fun and will kick your boo-tay! When I first started them I lost almost 3 jean sizes (only 5 lbs so it was a muscle enhancer) in a matter of 2 months only taking a 60 minute class twice per week. No other exercise and I didn't watch what I ate. I was also in high school so my metabolism was MUCH higher.
Long and short: Yes and it's fun. It's a great outlet. However buyer beware as it can help to bolster some of that aggression.
