I wouldn't be enough for me, personally--I need at least an hour a day, probably more.
It's also below the minimum recommendation for cardiovascular health (weight loss aside) which is a minimum of 30 minutes a day of moderate exercise.
That said, 20 minutes is sure better than nothing, so if you are enjoying it, keep it up! Perhaps you could add some walking or running at the end of the day to top off your minutes.
