It's pretty high intensity so I hope that counts for something! our However, I like your plan and I will work to increase my minutes once I build up endurance and get accustomed to waking up in the morning. Plus, I'm getting 30 minutes of moderate exercise just in my walk to and from work every day so this should help a lot, I hope. Thank you again!
Not bad! Walking definitely counts towards your fitness minutes, and for me it is my main form of exercise (main form of transportation). Now, back to your first question, is 20 min enough? It really depends on what your goals are. You may want to add more to it as your fitness level increases. Where I live the government advices a minimum of 30 minutes of at least moderate intensity activities per day. Still, in my opinion, as long as you are stepping it up in the right direction, you are on your way. If you used to not exercise at all, then 20, 15, or even 10 minutes is a huge improvement and will yield results. :)

As long as you are moving more and eating better on a regular basis, you will see results! I think your routine sounds like a good one. Add some extra everyday activities in (walk more, dance, clean) and you are on a roll!
I've finally found a routine that is working for me and getting me up in the morning to do it consistently. I purchases a Jillian Michael DVD that is 20 minutes fast kickboxing routine. I consider it to a high intensity workout since it has little to no rest in between workouts. Anyhow, I do it on alternating days with a kettlebell workout in between also for 20 minutes. The big thing is that I have actually been getting up and looking forward to doing both because I know I can get a good workout in 20 minutes, shower, eat a hearty breakfast, and still be at work on time. Is this okay? Will I see results with this type of workout plan? Thank you.
