I use SP fitness tracker to log my exercise. But the following issue confuses me:
Walking 15 minutes at 4km/hr burns 101 calories
Walking 15 minutes at 4.6km/hr burns 99 calories
Why does walking faster and further burn fewer calories? Shouldn't it be the other way around?
Can someone enlighten me please?
What fits your schedule better...exercising 1 hour a day or being dead 24hrs a day? lol
