Based on this article, I have been measuring 1/2 above my belly button, but that is not my narrowest point!
Where do I really need to measure for an accurate waist measurement?
SW: 241 2-25-2013
First Goal: 215 Lbs (Met Goal 8/1/2013)- Got down to 201 before I got married in November and had a bit of a "hiccup" in my weight loss... back at it in Feb 2014 :)
Second Goal: 196 Lbs (out of OBESITY BMI range)
Third Goal: 164 lbs (into NORMAL BMI range)
Ultimate goal is 150 lbs or so, but taking it one step at a time!
