Make a commitment to exercise for 10 minutes every other day for the next 2 weeks. Is that doable to start off with? I don't think 10 miles is feasible but 10 minutes is! There are lots of 10 minute routines you can do here on Spark in the Fitness section or you can find tons of videos on youtube to do with minimal equipment. Or just walk out your front door for 5 minutes, then turn around and come home.
Set this goal and a non-food reward for accomplishing it. For example, if you exercise every other day for 2 weeks, at the end you get yourself a pedometer or trashy magazine that you'll enjoy. Make it fun! Make it reasonable and achievable too.
10 minutes a day might not seem like a lot or enough but it's a GREAT way to start.
You don't have to eat the whole thing.
