Hi, I was wondering what kind of exercises would be best for me to do. To lose weight but also not jar my back? I have had to back surgeries and really can't put a lot of strain on my back specially my lower back. I have Degenerative Disc Disease. Do you have any suggestions on what would be great to do. I want to lose a lot of weight because I also was just diagnosed with Diabetes the day before my birthday this year. And, I want to beat that and feel better. To live a healthier and happier life with my new husband of a year.
I just joined a boxing club with a power hour i failed at the first attempt cause I didn't eat right. got overheated and then got sick. there is so much on the internet about what and what not to eat. I am going to have to stagger my workouts between lunch time and before dinner. do i just have a high carb snack before the workout? What type of carbs? any help is great...
