I'd go with Superfeet insoles. Running shoe stores tend to have them.
If they feel too hard, slip a Spenco Comfort Insole over them.

Only wear insoles when you require them. Don't wear them if there's no pain (they weaken the arch).

For shoes, any low-heeled shoe, like Keds, Converse, etc. Pull out the insoles, of course.

Stretch your arch hourly, or as often as you can -

Do you have flat arches, or high arches?

Don't know about inserts or shoes, but I know ice helps this problem for me. I use a flexible ice pack on my heel. It helps.

You always have time for that which you place first.

I have been dealing with heal pain for the past couple of months and I currently don't have insurance to go see a doctor so I have been doing research on my own. I was wondering what are the best shoes and inserts to relieve the pain when i have flare ups?
