I have been working on my posture with a physiotherapist for a few months now. I have a curvature in my spine that makes my shoulders round forward. It does help my neck feel better when I can straighten up. Good for you!!

Hi, There, Spark Friends. I found I can improve my confidence level 50% and my stamina simply by sitting up straighter with shoulders down, back and neck straight, and head almost floating on my neck. I just know when I walk away from this computer today to go run errands, awareness of posture will help my energy level. I've found it helps to pause during routine walking and exercises to "fix" my posture. One positive side effect is that pain from a neck bone spur has almost vanished after working on my posture for several months. Maybe it could help you, too!
