Not sure if you're close to a gym or not, but a swimming pool is also easier on the knees if they bother you.

If you don't love yourself....how can you expect others to.

No I haven't been to the limited mobility ctr. Thanks for the info.
I haven't gotten use to the website yet. I'm just starting back into it and with me being "technologically challenged" emoticon it might take me awhile!!!!

I WILL GET THINNER AND HAVE A HEALTHIER LIFE.

Exercise will help your arthritis. Try to make it part of your routine. Good luck!

emoticon I am disabled where I have trouble with my legs. On "good days" I probably could go and walk on my treadmill. In fact, I should start that tomorrow, because awhile back I was doing it five times a week for 30 minutes while I listened to one of my favorite preachers podcast.
I have bad knees now with bursitis and arthritis. But, dog-gone-it, I'm gonna get back on that treadmill. emoticon

With arthritis, a person is suppose to keep moving. So......I shall.
