I am disabled where I have trouble with my legs. On "good days" I probably could go and walk on my treadmill. In fact, I should start that tomorrow, because awhile back I was doing it five times a week for 30 minutes while I listened to one of my favorite preachers podcast.
I have bad knees now with bursitis and arthritis. But, dog-gone-it, I'm gonna get back on that treadmill.
With arthritis, a person is suppose to keep moving. So......I shall.
I WILL GET THINNER AND HAVE A HEALTHIER LIFE.
