I downloaded a free gps, it just gives me a red arrow pointing in the direction to go and counts down the meters. I find it's a good way to get some exercise without thinking that you're actually exercising! I just took my Dad on his first one!
I got this, I am a strong, wonderful woman and I can do this! I just need to remind myself of this every minute of every day.
