Your body weight is implied for those exercises. Leave it blank rather than trying to enter zero.

It is possible to add weights to some of those exercise (eg. squats with dumbbells), so leave the weight column blank until you are doing something like that.

I'm not familiar with that machine, but if it doesn't use weights, then I think it's fine to leave blank.

I usean ab-King machine to do crunches. Is it ok to leave blank as well?

Since those are body weight exercises, you can leave that field blank.

hello,
when I do strength training that doesn't involve weights( squats,plank, push ups, so-on), what do I put for the weight when it asks for weight? I have been putting 1 because that is the bare minimum allowed. I feel like I am cheating.
