A licensed physical therapist would be the perfect person to ask about those exercises. First you want to get clearance from your doctor to make sure that he does not have any restrictions...esp if you just had a cervical fusion. :)

Because of your medical condition, it would be unsafe for us to try and recommend exercises we could be sure would be okay for you to try. I would strongly suggest going back to your doctor for that advice.

I want to tone my whole body as i have put fat all over body due to three month bed rest.I have c5-c6 cervical so can you please suggest exercise according to that ....

Any guidance will be surely acceptable whether it is doctors or friends abroad.I am residing in India .
