Well. You don't say how long you've done Level 1. With 3 levels, and 30 days to the Shred.... it would be about 10 days per level. IMO you don't need to doing a level like Natalie (the more challenging stuff) before you move on. That said, you should be able to do what you do, with good form. The bigger question would be, do YOU feel ready to move up to the next level? Are you getting a bit bored or do you feel like you're not being challenged or are you just really ready to see what the next level has in store? You could give it a go and then if you feel like it's just too much for you, go back to level 1.
