Well. You don't say how long you've done Level 1. With 3 levels, and 30 days to the Shred.... it would be about 10 days per level. IMO you don't need to doing a level like Natalie (the more challenging stuff) before you move on. That said, you should be able to do what you do, with good form. The bigger question would be, do YOU feel ready to move up to the next level? Are you getting a bit bored or do you feel like you're not being challenged or are you just really ready to see what the next level has in store? You could give it a go and then if you feel like it's just too much for you, go back to level 1.

Hi Everyone

I have been following a lot of the posts on the 30 Day shred. I have learned that I should be able to complete Level 1 without too much difficulty before moving on to level 2. So I can now do Level 1 almost all the way through. I still can't use more than three pound weights (1 pound on anterior raises) and I can't get through the push ups or the abs without stopping. Am I ready to move on to level 2? Or should I stay at level 1?

All advice welcome. emoticon
