As the weather gets colder, I know that I'm going to have to start doing more indoor workouts. I do not have a gym membership at this moment, so my main focus will be workout DVDs, which is fine because I'm not getting much upper body work or toning just by walking.
Now, I absolutely love Leslie Sansone workouts, but at the same time, I hit this wall after 2 miles (about 30 minutes). I'm not physically tired. I can still keep going, but MENTALLY, I just can't get past that 2 mile wall.
I want to be able to make a 2 mile walk a short day, with 3-5 miles or more being the norm. I love walking and I love these workouts, but I just get bored.
I know I can split the workouts up, but that's not always an option, and I know there are certain benefits to doing longer workouts in regards to endurance.
