I'm pleased to a nnounce that as of this morning's weigh in, I've lost 40 lbs. I could not have accomplished this first goal without the tools and support of Sparkpeople and LaFitness. My ideal weight is 135-140 lbs. My message to anyone starting a healthy lifestyle is to eat smart, and never give up. Even if you walk in your neighborhood, it's better than lying on the couch and eating junk.
