I just tracked my total reps and sets in the generic kettlebell training. I don't think I was accurate on the weight, but I wanted to get it down. 600 calories!! Whew! I can't wait to do it again tomorrow :D

You are absolutely right, and people who wear a HRM to track kettlebells and other ST are cheating themselves.

I have a heart rate monitor, so I can get the calories burned easily. I just thought this was strength training and you can't use a HRM to accurately track calories burned with strength training.

That's the one I use. If I do 45min. my watch reads about 885 calories burned.. I love this workout!!!!

You can enter each thing in as a new exercise but you will have to guess at the calories and save them in your favorites list. I do this for crossfit exercises. It isn't perfect but I at least get credit for minutes.

How do you track them? I am trying them out this Saturday and if it goes well, I will be doing them regularly. I did a search and all I could find was Kettleball Training. Is that the only one? Is there another way to search to bring them up?
