My husband and I took the dogs for a walk at Minnehaha Falls. And then I did a 30 minute interval to get some strength trainings.

I walked 3.5 miles followed by 1 hour of Zumba at the gym.

Progress may be slow, but it happens!
No such thing as last place only finishers.
