I did it! "Touch the Floor" move is HARD as hell, but I totally surprised myself yesterday and did it without stopping. Of course, I thought my heart was going to explode, but it didn't or I wouldn't be able to do it again (kidding). I had a dr.'s appt. today and he said I looked phenomenal. What a compliment coming from my doctor, who is to say the least, very stoic. He said my weight was the same, but I looked "toned". Gotta love the workout and diet plan.
I went back to 6 week body makeover eating plan where all salt, dairy, and alcohol are eliminated. I've been creating some delicious meals and surprise myself again, that I can eat without added salt and the only dairy I did was butter, half & half, and heavy cream for baking. That's all on hold until I reach my goal weight and then in super-moderation.
This weekend, I'm purchasing some 2 lb. weight gloves because in the strength training portion of the dvd, I don't use anything and the weights I have are 4 pounders; too much weight for that type of movement.
Even though HHA Extreme is intense, I'm proud of myself that I do it 3x a week and will add another day on next week. I'm getting stronger and leaner.
