I guess it depends on what you mean by relaxation.
If you are just sitting in a quiet place and meditating--no.
I think that consistency matters, since you aren't really comparing yourself to anybody else. As long as you are counting it in the same way all of the time so that YOU can track what you are doing...that is probably fine.
If you are doing yoga though...you probably shouldn't call it yoga. You can create your own category in fitness minutes and label it how you wish, 0 calories/hour.
