T25 is a great program and I have had a lot of fun doing about a year ago. The best advice I could give is to not give and stay consistent. Week 1 will be hard, you will be sore, it will be a bit discouraging. Week 2 you start to work out the soreness, you start to learn the routines and they start to make more sense.
By week 3 you are rocking it out totally. I was really frustrated trying to learn all the "dance" moves I'll call him. Once I got that it was a whole lot easier. It's only 25 minutes of pure sweat. Make time to get it done and you will not regret it!
Since then I have done PiYo, 21 day fix, bodybeast and p90x3 from beachbody. All there programs are a blast.
I started t25 a little over two weeks ago, I've lost 7 lbs, I need to lose a total of 50.... After the very fussy work out I cOuld hardly walk for a few days, but now I'm sore just not that sore. I do follow a 1200 calorie diet everyday. And I take a few b vitimans, and a multi.....I try to eat a lot if veggies, fruit and chicken. I do not lose weight easily. I feel like I'm getting a really good work out, I am now doing two videos a day starTing yesterday.

Today is my first day of Week 2. I have not used Shakeology, nor have I followed the food plan. I've just tried to cut out junk food, drink more water and eat rounded meals. Weight loss week one - 6 pounds. That works for me!!!!

That is awesome! I have this set (along with most Beachbody sets...lol). I did Alpha Cardio Friday and really liked it. I have to be careful because I had bi-lateral partial knee replacement end of January, so I followed the modifier the whole time, but still felt like I got a good workout.

I just completed Beta round yesterday. I lost 20 pounds and 30 inches overall in the 10 weeks. I still have 60 pounds to lose. Starting alpha again tomorrow. It's a difficult program, but there is a modifier for you if you need it. I know I did! I didn't follow the meal plan, I'm following the original weight watcher's program. Get it guys, and don't forget to FOCUS!
I am Week 1. It looks like a great workout system.. I can't seem to find anyone who has done it and not followed the diet plan T25 gives. I have no interest in Shakeology but I am not sure if the results I see are because of the super restricted diet
Definitely listen to your body and eat more. When I was doing T25 I was feeling lethargic and starving. Increased my calories by 200 and was losing a pound to 2 a week and felt amazing. Listen to your body!!

Floorveer you are so right on, I found when i ate more on the higher end of my spark range while doing FT25 I was losing vs. eating on the lower end of my range. I was getting very hungry while working so hard with this program that my body needed more of anything that was healthy to fuel and satisfy it which truly helped me to lose weight while doing this program.
you should eat more.. Just google why. The best thing you can do is to calculate your daily needed calorie intake and eat 500 to 600 calories less than that. I would send you links but this website doesn't allow me
I am glad I am not the only one not losing weight with t25. I am starting my 6th week and have not lost anything although I do notice a slight change in the way I look. I am 5'2 and 170 lbs and I thought since I am over weight I might lose something. It is very frustrating. I am not following t 25 diet but making sure I am following a 1200 or less calorie diet. I eat a lot of fruit and Progresso light soup. I think I have to try something else. Does anyone have any ideas?

I finished the T25 several weeks ago and got such amazing results as well. Upon completing the calendar I lost about 26 pounds as for eating i tried to stay close to the plan but substituted alot of foods. I also wanted to lose body fat and weight so i had protein breakfasts and lunches most days. It really changed me I have so much more endurance other workouts don't seem as hard anymore.
Hi I too love Shawn T have done insanity before and now would like to lose 30lb, so have started T25, I have been doing this workout (which isn't easy) for 2 1/2 weeks and lost 12 lbs so far, I use BODE Protein Shake(meal replacement) (which tastes like icecream and packs a whooping 25G of protein! And BODE Burn a citrus energy drink...which has 20G of protein I use before my workouts! Anyone can do this, it helps having healthy products to turn too... Shawn T is an awesome motivator and trainer!!

So I am doing t25, it's day 3 for me. I feel better. Eating healthy and watching portion control. Watching carbs on my fitness app. I am excited to finally be doing this for myself. Also doing arm workouts on my total gym and dance workouts on my xbox.
I just started this morning, and actually enjoyed the cardio. What.
I am not following the meal plan because I don't eat meat or dairy. But I was pleasantly surprised to see quite a few recipes in there I can make. Usually I just toss those things out because there's nothing there for me.
I know it's easy to say on day 1, but I really like this so far.
Im on week 3 of T25 alpha. I've been trying to lose the same 10 lb over the last 10 years and neither soley diet nor soley exercise as done it for me. I have an exceptionally and rediculously busy worklife and did not think I would be able to find the time, but somehow I have... I'm using the Myfitness pal app to count calories which I'm staying within 1200. I use a fitbit to monitor my steps and calories. I take the Shakeology shakes. Week 3 is still tough for me. My worst workout is the Lower Focus in which I'm genuinely mad a Shawn T by the time I'm done... I still have to modify most jumps on most of he exercises. My weight has only mildly changed... but I do feel better and have more energy. I learned today that I do worse when I just skipped a day or ate badly. I am hoping to see better results soon, but I do recommend it to people with a busy lifestyle like me. I swear I barely even have 25 minutes per day... but I ham pleasantly surpised by how I manage to find it.
mmm...so it looks like i will have to check the nutrition guide and start eating like it says in it... i usually jus eat 3 times a day, i guess ill have to make some healthy snack for work xD thaanks a lot!
HI! well i did my second day week one yesterday (i started on monday) and today i had my normal breakfast (a cup of skimmed milk with whole wheat cereal) and at 11 am i was staaaarviiiing!!! i had to attack my lunch!, wich luckily was two tomatoes and half a cucumber with two rashes of jamon serrano...so no more than 200 cal, but now is lunch time and im starving again :/ i suspect is because my body need more fuel now that i'm exercising (i did the stretch video before i started cuz i wanted to be ready) and i used to eat like a lot of salads and things like that, almost no sugar (im no a sweet toth) and carbs i add them like in the last two weeks....did anybody went through this?
I'm pear shaped as well. This happened to me at first as well, I seem to retain water in my thighs or something very easily, then all of a sudden I lose in those areas. Don't give up. You will get the results you're looking for.

So, on week two and day three today. Um, cannot wear a few pairs of my good Miss Me's now. My jeans are WAY TOO TIGHT! Have to hang them back up on the hanger. Yep, I knew this would happen because thats how my body reacts to a lot of the jumping and lower body exercises. Guess I am building muscle? I am only on week two!! So, with that said......hope this is something that will pass and my jeans will start getting looser not tighter and tigher. Definitely going the wrong direction. Honestly, I am getting a little discouraged but trying to stay positive. This is why I got rid of Insanity before and well, the longer workouts too in addition. I am pear-shaped and short so I have bigger legs and smaller waist. So you get the idea...I do not want bigger legs!!! LOL
My diet is just more on the healthy side...I watch the carbs and sugar but not following any "certain" type of diet. Trying to get the water in which is hard for me because I am cold natured. (roll eyes)
Anyway, got any tips/advice or just to tell me to accept the change and shut my mouth, all is welcome. emoticon
hi everybody, im planning on start t25 tomorrow, i'll probably try the stretching video today so i wont die tomorrow, i work full time so i dont have a lot of time, and actually i have nobody to train with.. so i created this facebook page to invite people and make like a motivational group, you know to help me stay on track.. if anyone wants to join send me a message! and i hope we can all help each other! if someone is doing a different program is ok!!! the point is get like a support group!
I started T25 on Jan 1... my weeks run wed-wed.. I was unable to do the 2 a day that was required on the 5th day, so I just did the 2nd workout the next day.. worked out 6 days in a row and today is my rest day... I am not a big believer of getting on the scale frequently, I mostly go by how I feel and my clothes on me.. I can start to feel a difference already though.
T25 is so much more fun than any of the P90X programs, I think. I have P90x and P90x3 and have never been able to finish either one. I completed T25 and got great results. I lost around 15 pounds and lost LOTS of inches. I was going to do a hybrid T25 90x3 program after completing T25, but I have only been able to do about 5 weeks before I just get too bored. I'm mixing up all my old programs now to make my own.

I just started T25 yesterday and I am SO excited. I literally cannot wait to go home and work out. In the past two years I have gained about 60 lbs and I need to get all of this extra weight off. I have P90X and P90X2 but have never made it more than a week with those programs because you need too much equipment and I found it so boring. T25 seems like I will be able to stick to it because it is a fast-paced 25 minute workout.
Am on week 3 of Alpha and i like it but i hate Lower focus. It is my worst workout of the lot. I measured myself at the start and will measure myself after i complete Alpha but this workout is hard. After 3 weeks i still struggle with some moves and as i get more into the workout i cant even keep up with Tania. That said my wife is doing it with me and she has already seen changes as she fit into a jeans she used to struggle with easily. Good luck all

I have just started doing T25, im on my 5th day of it but I am finding that i have gained weight on the scales ! i feel great but the number has gone up. I have been eating 1250 calories a day but i read online that if you weigh over 130 lbs you should be having 1600 calories a day, does anyone do this and still see results? im worried that i will be eating far too much!
Does anyone have before/after pictures or results that they mind sharing with me??? I was going to start last week ( i had posted already before), but I decided to wait till monday to stick with the schedule, I also found a few others starting the same day so i wanted to do my journey with them :)
But I would love to hear results if you guys have some! I reallyyyy hope it works for me!
My results have definitely slowed from what they were at first. In the first few weeks of T25 I was losing weight really quickly. Now that I am in the Beta phase, I have found that to be less true. My weight has stayed about the same for the past three weeks (and I am in week 3 of Beta). Here's my theory: I was in worse shape when I started than I am now. The amount of gain in fitness, I think, decreases the fitter you are. I think people that are in worse shape (like me at the beginning) can see bigger improvement. Lousesa, you were probably fitter than me when you started T25. But, right now, I really notice how much easier the exercises are than they were at first. I know that if I continue to eat right and exercise, I will lose weight and improve my health. Anyway, I know I have to exercise, and I like this program, so I'll keep it up.
I see results, but at a much slower rate than most. Almost 5 months, and conscientious with it for the most part, with a healthy diet. Really expected more drastic results for the amount of effort and hard work that went into it. Quite discouraged, to be honest. Definitely feel healthier and fitter, but physically(appearance wise) not anywhere near what I expected and wanted. Suggestions? Explanations?

Hi, KZEAS01! I am now on the Beta phase and still love it. I'm not sure of my total pounds and inches lost. I was supposed to measure all that this morning (and I always do it at the same time of day to minimize the fluctuations ;-), but I forgot about it until after I had already eaten breakfast. No matter - its been great. My skinny jeans are too big! I had to buy a smaller size! I love T25.
