Whenever I do any aerobic exercise, I get a wicked migraine which lasts the rest of the day. And I hate swimming, so that’s just not going to happen. Last thing I tried (several years ago) was walking on the treadmill in my basement thinking the climate control would help – but no dice. Physicians just shrug. The Migraine Team I joined couldn’t answer my problem. I can do Pilates, but that just isn’t aerobic and I would like to do aerobics for my heart (heart problems run rampant in my family). SO anyone with a possible solution please respond and I’ll consider anything at this point.
