Normally, I use the treadmill, but today there wasn't one free. Since I can't get the hang of an elliptical, I used the recumbent instead. Wasn't terribly comfortable, but I didn't sweat as much and if I trust sp numbers I used up more calories than I normally do with the treadmill. Which do you guys prefer? Treadmill or Recumbent?
I don't know the key to success, but the key to failure is trying to please everybody.
