So, later today I'm going to my first ever chiropractor appointment. I've had an ongoing issue with the area from my lower back through my hip down to my right knee. ANYWAY, I'm scheduled to work out today and could fit it in right before my appointment, but since I don't know what to expect I'm not sure if putting myself through a workout would hinder him identifying where my issue(s) is/are.
For the record, exercise is 30 mins heavy strength training, 30 mins bike or elliptical. I would only have about an hour between ending the workout and my appointment.
Any other fitness folks out there that are familiar with getting adjusted that can say "yeah, go for the workout" or "no, you'll ruin everything!"?
Do something everyday that your future self will thank you for.
