I am not a morning person, but it is way too hot to run in the afternoon or evening. So on running days I am usually up at 5:00. I stretch and run for about an hour. Then I walk/run the dogs (they won't run!), then cool down, listen to the news, get ready for work, eat breakfast.
I need to get up at 5:00 more often so I can step up my program. I admire all of you who are doing it consistently.
You're never too old to do goofy stuff.
