Unfortunately yoga or any form of exercise is not the key to fat loss, nutrition (diet) is the prime mover in that area. Yoga will improve balance and flexibility and some minimal degree of improvement in strength but it will not be a major contributor to fat loss.
It is called WORK-ing out for a reason.
