Unfortunately, you can't spot reduce the parts of your body you don't like. When you have excess fat, only time and overall fat loss can reduce those trouble zones. With excess skin, the best thing you can do is lose slowly, stay hydrated, and pray. Give it time; if you're young, it will snap back more easily than if you're older.
