They are set up as individual exercises (for example "squats", "dips", etc) where you can enter how many minutes and how much weight you used.
I take the more simplistic route - I have a generic entry I created called "strength training" where I just track the minutes and a minimal amount of calories. ST doesn't burn a bunch of calories but I mostly just want my minutes tracked.
