I'm not familiar with the Fitbit/SP sync, but I will say your fitbit is probably overreporting on your calorie burn during your walk. A good rule of thumb for tracking walking is around 100 calories per mile. There's some variance obviously for size/effort, but to double that is just a bit much.
1300 is also REALLY, really low for your activity level; at your weight (going by your ticker) you should be eating a bit more. 1200 is the minimum, and generally only appropriate for inactive people close to their goal weights. When I was over 200, my range was around 1700-2000.)
