Oy vey.

I was asking for your opinion, that's all. I was asking for an opinion from people whom i trust and appreciate some input. I will let you know if I like it, if/when I get one.

And I wasn't suggesting that you were damning the NutriBullet.

Like i said, 'Dare I ask?"

Cheers!

The Ab Roller works, do I like it? Maybe, maybe not, it is a love hate thing. Try one you will form your own opinion. Was not damming the Nutri Bullet simply commenting on the new marking to capitalize on the fitness movement where before it was about the make smoothies movement.

It is called WORK-ing out for a reason.

I said getting fit was simple, I did not say it was easy.

Cardio burns calories, strength work burns fat.

Eat well to lose weight, exercise to get fit

I don't have an ab wheel (mom has one that her DH made for her). The Ab Dolly is okay. I wouldn't have bought it, but I do use it. It's just something that I add to my 'normal' home exercise routine (Pilates, running, and BowFlex).

I'd go with Sarge's recommendation - check out thrift stores & buy a used ab wheel for a few bucks

It appears to simply be an ab roller on steroids. Not unlike the so called perfect push up device it is a re-engineered and then over priced version of a simpler piece of equipment. I see ab rollers at thrift stores for a couple of dollars so I suggest you try to find one of those and test drive it. I think you will find it will more than suffice for ab work.

As an aside the Nutri-Bullet is simply a renaming of the Magic Bullet which has been around for years.I use my Magic Bullet daily to make my kefir based protein smoothies.

I wonder if it's really that much different from an inexpensive ab wheel.

I have an ab dolly (sis bought one, and it was a BOGO deal, so she gave me the free one). I don't think it's really much different from the standard ab wheel as far as the actual muscles worked. Because of the full rotation on the wheels, it allows for some different movement.

and the dogs find it very entertaining emoticon
I'd love to know what they think when they are watching me exercise...

Any good?

I am as anyone who may remember always intrigued by the infomercial, and have gotten some good results from some that i have tried- most notably at present, NutriBullet. i use it once or twice a day!

Ab carver pro sounds like a good deal- I know ab wheels are cheaper. Any advice? I am not a 6-pack abs guy, but am in much better shape fitness wise than I once was, and could use some additional core work...... Thank you.
