Burpees. They are so tough! But I'm training for a 5K obstacle course race later this year, and you have to do 30 burpees for any obstacle you miss, so I've got to get my numbers up.
They're fantastic, though, for overall conditioning of all your major muscle groups, so it's not a waste of time to get good at them!
