Hi Nest - I haven't done them in a bit but if I remember correctly she only does one lunge exercise of 12 reps and she repeats every exercise twice. You could easily do a second set of squats instead.
I am lucky to be at my goal and maintaining. I love that by eating real food I don't have to track every morsel anymore.
