I ride a bike outside, and take (short!) walks, so I think I have the aerobic part covered...
I'm mostly looking for a DVD that helps me strengthen my muscles. I'll look into DDP Yoga and into the chair workouts.
I also like the idea of doing a workout in the water. Thanks!
