Try one of these core-strength building moves:
-- Bridge on a ball -- roll up the ball to get into position.
-- Airplane -- lying prone, raise one arm & opposite leg -- hold for count of 5 or 10.
-- Squats on a ball -- put big ball behind you, against a wall, roll down to support your deep-knee bends.
You'll have that bridge in no time!!
