This morning I did a 5 x 12 rep ab workout after my cardio session. In between sets, I'd normally just chill out and relax, but this morning I did my various full body stretches in between each set.
So in a total of 7 minutes, I'd completed my ab workout and my stretching. Time saved and I could go home!!! Yaaayyyy!!!
Anybody else do this type of combined activity to save time in the gym?
