Okay, so it sounds like a dumb question - How do I train for a rope climb? I mean, just climb a rope, duh! I get that. But I have questions.
1.) How do I find a place to actually climb a rope? I've never, ever done this before, I have no idea where to start.
2.) What other weight training or exercises would be good to support rope climbing?
Right now I don't have a real weight routine - just doing the Bodypump class at the gym, 2 to 3 times a week.
