T25 is FANTASTIC. I absolutely love the program. I am 4 weeks in. The Total Body Circuit is challenging and uses bodyweight for strength training, it is awesome.

This is what I usually do: full body strength training with heavier weights and fewer reps and HIIT on alternating days. I spend about 30 minutes in the gym and 20-30 minutes doing HIIT in the form of running outside. I used to do DVDs (lots of Jillian Michaels) but I'm really glad I invested in a gym membership. Worth every penny IMO.

Then I would suggest you don't follow a circuit training DVD and lift heavy, lower reps to muscle fatigue. You could do a full body routine in 20-30 mins. Do some HIIT for 20-30 mins on alternating days (or same day if you want more cardio).

Much more effective, much faster results.

But if you want to continue with your circuit training there's always Jillian Michaels. She has quite a few circuit training videos; 30 Day Shred, Ripped in 30, Killer Buns and Thighs, No More Trouble Zones, Shred it with Weights, 6 Weeks to a 6 Pack, etc.

I do one of her videos (and a short HIIT session) before my regular ST program for increased endurance, extra attention to smaller muscles, stability with the bonus calorie burn. I also find it warms me up to power lift and I can lift heavier after I loosen up from one her videos. However, that makes my workouts on my ST days up to 2 hours long. If I were pressed for time, I'd skip the circuit training and go straight to lifting with a little bit of HIIT.

Take your focus off the Marshmallow.

"Toning" is marketing muscles to women who are afraid if they pick up a barbell, they'll leave the gym looking like She-Hulk. It doesn't happen, what does happen is you get results. Lifting Barbie weights does nothing but waste time.

I have gotten good results from the Abs Diet for Women Workout with Jessica Smith. She does a 20 min. workout of interval and a total body strength training workout, but I'd like to find more DVDs like that. I love working hard for a shorter time to get results! Can anyone help?

Thanks!
