What type of exercise are you doing?

But as a very rough guide, moderate cardio burns about 6 calories per minute, while intense cardio burns about 10 calories per minute. Somebody who is really fit and pushing themselves might burn 12-13.

If you enter your exercise into Spark's Fitness Tracker, it should estimate your calorie burn for you.

I use heart rate monitor. I think this would be the best method to find out how hard do you work. You can also use Sparks calculator. Just enter type of your workout and time.
