I usually mountain bike Sunday mornings with friends and then I play soccer Sunday evenings. I have 5-6 hours rest in between. Both of these activities are for fun I consider them "play". that I happen to get a great workout is secondary. I wouldn't normally bike and run on the same day though, it just happens to schedule out that way this summer. Just like I try to never do a lower body workout on the same day as a big run or bike ride.
