I have started experiencing painful cramps in my right side while I'm doing cardio. I think it's my diaphragm. It's not all the time, and it comes on gradually but then takes a bit to go away. I could be running, doing Zumba(actually come to think of it, happens a bit more here) or doing Turbo Jam.
Considering the area, it's probably my breathing but I'm wondering if there is anything I can be doing to prevent these cramps from happening in the first place or quite possibly some supplement I should consider. I had a friend suggest more potassium. Should I just eat a banana at lunch every workout day?(I workout in the afternoon)
