I just finished the Alpha stage. I'm down 12.3 pounds and a total of 13.75 inches overall. Alas, I still don't look ripped after all, I still have over 40 pounds to lose. lol
I'll confess that I only use T25 about 2-3x a week and do other high intensity workouts for 25 minutes the other 3-4 workouts (just trying to prove that any HIIT workout will work for 25 minutes). Unfortunately, T25 is so high impact that my joints hurt, so I do a lot of HIIT that aren't quite as high impact. When I do the modifications for T25, then my heart rate never goes up which sort of defeats the purpose.
So, while I'm not a major fan of T25 itself, Shakeology is the best stuff ever. I've been making protein smoothies for weekday breakfasts for...5 or 6 years and I love them. However, until Shakeology, nothing could help me overcome some of the my worst cravings throughout the day. Or if I was super hungry by lunch time, I'd always cave in and buy a "bad" lunch instead of the healthy lunch I'd packed. Not true now. Even on pizza day, I don't have to have a mental knock down drag out fight with myself to resist. Whatever crack is in this stuff...it's worth it (and if it's all a placebo, I'm good with that too, just don't tell me--let me keep believing!)! LOL
Sean is adorable, but I still prefer Bob and Jillian (TBL workouts, but their own brands).
