That's not a common effect of exercising. Another vote for a stomach bug or a bad meal. Remember to stay hydrated, and if it doesn't ease up visit your doctor.
On a tangent, be sure to let your body rest with exercise. 2 days in a row is generally not advisable for just starting out (and never for strength training - muscles need 48 hours+ to recover), and 2 hours a day is a long time. If you're able to exercise for 2 hours straight, up the intensity and try to fatigue yourself faster. I cap out at about an hour each time I go to the gym, lifting as heavy as I can and cranking up the resistance on whatever cardio machine. Working out longer and easier isn't doing yourself any favors.
