When I was first starting I felt like Jillian's stuff was pretty challenging, and I felt I really worked hard while I was doing it. That said (and like anything else) what you put in to it is what you get out of it, and I quickly realized that workout dvds aren't for me - because when I'm home I'm too distracted by all the fun stuff I would rather do than work out. So because of that, I didn't have success with it, but I can't really blame her for that. ;)
Remember that abs are made in the kitchen - 80% of your weight loss will come from what you feed your body.
And yet another GOOD JOB for leaving that loser. You deserve so much better, and I'm glad you've decided that too!
