SP is the best place to find support and encouragement. There's little to be stressed over. If you eat a balanced diet, avoid saturated fats, high fat foods, cut back on the starchy carbs, eat only when hungry and track everything you will do fine. Make sure you include cardio, strength training and flexibility in your fitness. I love the cardio but it's critical to do the strength training: build muscle and burn more calories.
